In the first meeting we get a comprehensive picture of the idea or product. The main consideration is to get a general picture of the market requirements. Then our team starts planning. When the results are presented, the project schedule is determined.

Development

Mechanics, software and electronics are thought of as one at Digital Elektronik. When it comes to complex requirements, specialists from each sub-area form the project team. The project manager acts as the central point of contact for the customer.

Prototypes

Digital Elektronik is characterised by a fast proof-of-concept phase. We create the first digital prototype in four weeks. We manufacture all prototypes in-house in Salzburg. Initial test runs are carried out by means of flow, circuit, movement simulation or mechanical studies, and checks are carried out to ensure that the prototype can withstand the requirements. This way of working leads to huge cost and time savings in device manufacturing.

Series production transition

The series transition phase prepares the series production: Production stations are planned, machines are set up, parts lists are created. In this phase, the feedback from the prototypes and pilot series devices from the markets is incorporated – flexibly, quickly and easily.

Thanks to our flexible production and logistics processes, Digital Elektronik has made a name for itself as a reliable manufacturing partner. As a specialist in special machine construction, we analyse the entire supply chain, we think in terms of global projects and are happy to take over the logistics right through to our customers’ end customers.

The quality assurance and commissioning that accompany production are equally important in all plants. We would be happy to work out the test criteria together and decide how to optimise the test phase for your product. This ranges from a simple function test to endurance test stations or stress tests. Our testing repertoire is as individual as our product range is broad.

After sales support

Digital Elektronik’s range of services goes beyond series production in apparatus engineering. We are also your reliable partner in after sales support. We think about the necessary wear and spare parts early on and plan the availability of materials for the product life cycle.
