The special thing about our service: EMS service at Digital Elektronik includes full function control, which we also offer with robotic assistance depending on requirements. Another plus is our internal test equipment construction. The team deals exclusively with the concept, hardware and commissioning of test equipment for the printed circuit boards. We ensure complete traceability in SMD assembly. All components and assemblies can be traced back to a specific batch.

Our printed circuit board assembly covers batch sizes from 1 to 100,000 pieces. First, the manufacturing data is prepared and the printed circuit board is optimized. With our logistics processes, we guarantee optimal material flow from procurement to material provision on the production line. If a component is changed or discontinued, we take over its change management.
SMD assembly
- Fully automatic high-speed lines with three Juki RS1-R, solder paste printing and solder paste inspection as well as a reflow soldering furnace with extended soldering zones for an optimal soldering pattern
- Production-optimised logistics for setting up the line and handling
THT assembly
- Automatic THT assembly line with 8 assembly tables
- Wave soldering machine for high quantities and constant quality
- Manual soldering stations for special requirements
Testing technology
- Accompanying process monitoring and quality assurance through SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) and AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)
- Scope of the PCB tests: System test, in-circuit boundary scan test or function test – product-specific, also with robotic assistance
